Login

Signon credentials, user permissions, and branch visibility are established by your Sentricon Administrator. Please contact your Dow Support Team with any questions or issues.

Page Credentials

Field	Description	Comments
Username	Can be up to 50 characters long; must be unique within user company key designations	Forced signoff will occur for users signed in that remain inactive for 1 hour (60 minutes)
Password	Password requirements: · Minimum length of 8 characters (any combination of letters and/or numbers) · Contains no spaces · Cannot match previous 3 passwords Passwords are required to be updated every 60 days	Passwords may not be changed more than 1 time within a 24 hour period Users will be locked after 5 failed attempts for signon; contact your Dow Support Team for assistance
Company Key	Represents a unique identifier for which the username is associated This is assigned by your Dow Administrator.

Forgot Password

Should you have problems signing in with your current password (username is still required), a new, temporary password can be assigned for you. Simply click this link and the Sentricon Automated Attendant will email a temporary password to the email account on file for the username. Once you are successfully signed in, you will be required to change this temporary password to a permanent password.

Caution: Remember, your account will be automatically locked after 5 failed signin attempts. Please use the FORGOT PASSWORD feature before the user account is locked. Contact your Dow Support Team for assistance with locked accounts.

Remember Me

(functionality based upon your preferred browser choice) By enabling this setting, your username and password can be stored on your local machine, remembering these credentials from session to session.

For GPC Interfaces: this will allow a streamlined interface from the GPC application into your Sentricon portal.

This feature should be enabled only if you are using a trusted computer (not a public computer). The use of cookies is also a required browser feature. Refer to your browser settings for further details.
